Practice EnvironmentOur current working environment consists of four OR suites covered daily and one person covering the OB unit. The current call rotation is one every 6th night with the day off following. We have two weekends on and four weekends off which will improve with the hiring of one or two more staff.We expect employees to be able to work independently but are willing to work together to do what ever it takes to provide quality service. You will be required to do regional blocks and insert central lines or willing to learn. Competence in Swan-insertion and cardio-vascular anesthesia is desirable. We desire people that are able to work closely with other co-workers and able to develop relationships with physicians and others.
