Due to the increase in caseload we are currently seeking two additional CRNAs to join Permian Anesthesia Associates.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Texas R.N. licensure and A.P.N. certification
- AANA C.R.N.A. certification or eligibility
- BCLS/ACLS certification
- Insurability by P.A.A. malpractice carrier
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Competence in, or strong desire to learn: regional anesthesia (SAB, Axillary block, bier block, etc.), invasive line placement, fiber optic intubations
- Strong interpersonal skills, emphasizing excellent physician and patient relationships
- Willingness to participate in a rotating call schedule, currently every 6th night
- New graduates considered

SUMMARY OF EMPLOYMENT OFFER, SALARY AND BENEFIT PLAN
- Private Practice without MDA oversight
- Salary: $120,000-$140,000 per year, depending upon experience
- Sign on bonus/moving expenses: $10,000 up front, or paid as salary on request.
- Sign on bonus incurs a one-year commitment.
- Health Insurance premium covered for employee and family.
- Dental Insurance premium covered for employee and family.
- Short Term Disability premium covered for employee.
- Profit sharing plan: Maximum allowable IRS contribution. Based on this salary, this contribution equates to approximately $30,000 yearly.
- Yearly contribution will increase, commensurate with salary.
- Employee option to opt out of plan, and receive amount as salary.
- Eligibility after 6 months of employment with vesting at 100%.
- Profit sharing plan is self-directed by employee.
- Vacation is 4 weeks for the first year and 5 weeks at the start of the second year.
- Continuing Education is 1 week/year. May opt to take as vacation.
- Continuing Education money available is $3,000, for the two year certification period.
- Medical Flexible spending account is $2,500 yearly. Covers co-pays, prescriptions, and other medically related expenses that are reimbursable to the employee.
- Partnership track is structured as follows:
- Completion 2nd year, 50% "buy in" and 50% voting privilege.
- Completion 3rd year, 50% "buy in" and full voting privilege.
- Completion 4th year, full parity of salary, bonus with full partners.
- Amount of buy in to be determined, but will not exceed $5,000 total.
- Progression of salary towards full partnership level will be incremental as monies are available.
- The corporation pays for all state/national licensing fees including AANA dues.
- The corporation pays for beeper and basic cell phone service.
